The original houses of Etang Vallier, the comfort villas offer recently renovated, cozy decor. Built around 1980, these houses have extra homey touches added and new, modern bathrooms plus new flooring as well as double paned windows and fireplace inserts.

Every villa is set on a spacious garden of at least 500 square meters with limited vis à vis and a covered, south facing terrace.

Comfort kitchens are well-equipped with new dishes and plenty of counter space and storage for a comfortable family holiday.

One bedroom is a double (140cm) bed. The second bedroom is for 4 guests with either 1 bunk bed, a single bed and a fourth granny bed or 2 bunk beds. The living room offers a sofa bed (140 cm). Each villa has basic French satellite service and some villas (ask when reserving also have dutch satellite service.

Comfort villas are perfect for visits all year round. There is electric heat and hot water as well as a fireplace insert for cooler evenings located in the large living/dining area. (wood must be collected locally or purchased nearby). It is a perfect setting for family meals around the country style table for up to 8 people.

Weekly prices include end of stay cleaning and bed linens. Beds are made up for your arrival according to your reservation. Electricity is billed upon your departure according to usage.
