Built since the beginning of 2006, all the Charentaise villas offer an easy floorplan of 75 m² living space. Large windows let in all the Charentais sunshine and beautiful park views. The terrace becomes additional summer living space accessible through large double french doors.

The kitchen is well-equipped with every modern convenience needed and many welcoming touches. There is plenty of counter space and storage, and a large table.

The open living, dining and kitchen area separates the villa into living and sleeping areas for greater privacy and comfort. The children can watch their dvds while the parents peacefully "font la grasse matinée" (sleep in!). Some charentaise villas are equipped with: both french and english satellite service, CD players and DVD players. PLEASE check the equipment at the time of reservation as they do vary.

The 3 bedrooms are efficiently arranged to give plenty of space and convenience. Bedroom one has either 2 bunk beds (for 4 guests) or 1 bunk bed (for 2 guests) -ask for details when reserving. Bedroom two has either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an ensuite full showerroom. The living room also features a comfortable convertible double sofa for visitors, or larger groups. Each bed is prepared with a duvet, pillows and duvet cover according to your reservation. Each bedroom has drawers or a closet as well as a bedside table with lamp.

Weekly prices include end of stay cleaning and bed linens. Beds are made up for your arrival according to your reservation. Electricity is billed upon your departure according to usage.
